5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your order by:

  1. Logging into your Robetag account and viewing "My Orders"

  2. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  3. Visiting the carrier's official website and entering your tracking number

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered or are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
