Thank you for shopping at Robetag. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • All original tags and labels are attached

  • Original packaging is intact (e.g., dust bags, shoe boxes)

  • Order number or proof of purchase is included

⚠️ Please note: The following items are not eligible for return (unless defective):

  • Intimates, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

3. How to Return

  1. Log in to your Robetag account and go to "My Orders"

  2. Find the item you wish to return and click "Request Return"

  3. Select a reason and submit your request

  4. Wait for our team to approve your request (within 1-2 business days)

  5. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and the return address

  6. Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Original payment method: Refund will be processed to your credit card, PayPal, or original payment method (processing times vary by bank)

  • Store credit: You can also choose to receive store credit for future purchases

5. Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size or color), please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item faster.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item): We'll cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size): You'll be responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
