Order Cancellations & Changes

Need to modify or cancel your order? Please email us as soon as possible at service@robetag.com.

⚠️ Note: We process orders quickly. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy once you receive the items.

Order Issues

  • Didn't receive your order? Check your tracking number first (sent via email). If you need assistance, email us with your order number.

  • Wrong item received? Keep the item and packaging, take photos, and email us within 48 hours.

  • Damaged or defective item? Email us with photos and your order number — we'll make it right.

    • Includes carrier information and tracking link
